Notes for Toasted Overnight Oats

  • Use rolled oats, not quick or steel-cut, for the best texture.
  • You can use dairy milk, soy milk, oat milk, anything you like. For a treat, try chocolate milk and mixing in some peanut butter when you eat!
  • Toppings are best added right when you eat so they don’t get soggy, especially if you use fresh fruit or nuts.
