  • Do you want to live longer, prevent and spend less on health complications? Or have a health condition and feel left behind by your doctor when it comes to successfully implementing recommended changes into your life? Want a greater sense of security around the future?
  • You could hire a physician, personal trainer, rehab specialist, and a dietician… or you can work with a generalist trained to coach in all these areas and who lets you call the shots. It is your life after all.
  • Coaching can be done face-to-face over video chat, over text, or both. We’ll use an app called Healthie, it’s free for you and has everything we need in one convenient app. It’s available on mobile devices, laptops, and desktops, and data syncs so you can use it on multiple devices with no tech issues. It’s compliant with privacy and security laws so you can rest well knowing that client confidentiality is taken seriously.
  • Nicholas is board-certified for health coaching by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches.
  • Core 5 doesn’t have investors. Recklessly chasing profits is not the mission. Taking care of clients is. This is a one-person operation and I price my services based on time and energy spent both during and outside our coaching sessions to support you. I try to provide outstanding support to the small handful of clients I have at any given time as healthy change is hard and I admire my clients for their efforts. I stick to evidence-based coaching techniques that have been shown time and time again to be effective in helping people reach their health goals at a higher rate than if they did it on their own.

Pricing

A cheaper 2 week trial is offered so you can get an idea of the service and if you like working together to decide if you want to sign up for more. I recommend you start there!

While specific results can never be guaranteed, 8 weeks is a good length to see significant progress while 6 months is for those looking to put a serious investment into the future of their health.
