Toasted Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup rolled Oats
  • 1-2 Cups Milk, depending on your desired thickness
  • Small pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • (optional) Fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butter, more honey

Method
 

  1. Measure your oats (estimating is fine) and place in a dry pan over medium-low heat. Stir often for even toasting.
  2. Toast oats to your desired level of toastiness, anywhere from a bit golden-brown to a darker brown. This will take about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Place oats in a container. Stir in milk, salt, and honey.
  4. Let it sit overnight in the fridge. Top with toppings of your choice if you like, and enjoy!
