Fresh, mustardy, sweet. Cherry Mustard Vinaigrette can take a boring bowl of greens and turn it into something exciting.
Cherry Mustard Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Cherries, pitted (about 3 oz pitted fruit)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Canola Oil
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Combine Cherries, Dijon, Honey, and Vinegar in a blender and blend well.
- Add oil in small additions (a couple Tablespoons at a time) and blend until creamy. Taste and season with Salt.
