Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing

My love for this Green Goddess Dressing cannot be overstated. It’s a punch in the face of everything that makes fresh food tasty! Creamy, salty, grassy, spicy, lemony, sweet – a true Bold Salads dressing. Excellent on greens, but my favorite ways to enjoy are in place of mayo on a turkey sandwich, or served as a sauce with roasted onions, mushrooms, and asparagus.

Green Goddess is an ultimate all purpose dressing, the kind that can give life to any ol’ boring dish.

Notes for Green Goddess Dressing

  • When you grind up your ingredients, make sure to do so thoroughly! We don’t want large chunks of jalapeno or garlic floating around in our final product. I said punch in the face, not obliterate your taste buds.
  • Don’t bother measuring the herbs – you’ll drive yourself crazy. Just estimate and rip off a small bunch, taste the final product, and add more of any ingredient you want more pronounced.
  • As with most cream based dressings, feel free to adjust the ratios of mayo, yogurt, and sour cream. I tend to go for more yogurt in place of sour cream because I like the tang.
  • Serve with your next veggie platter!

  • As always, season with salt and pepper to your liking. With such bold flavors, this dressing can take a good amount of seasoning.
