Ingredients

CupĀ Cherries, pitted (about 3 oz pitted fruit)

teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1
Tablespoon Honey
1
Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1/4
CupĀ Canola Oil
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
Combine Cherries, Dijon, Honey, and Vinegar in a blender and blend well.
Add oil in small additions (a couple Tablespoons at a time) and blend until creamy. Taste and season with Salt.
