Cherry Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 CupĀ Cherries, pitted (about 3 oz pitted fruit)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 CupĀ Canola Oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine Cherries, Dijon, Honey, and Vinegar in a blender and blend well.
  • Add oil in small additions (a couple Tablespoons at a time) and blend until creamy. Taste and season with Salt.
