Notes for Buffalo Molasses Dressing

  • Feel free to adjust the levels of hot sauce and molasses if you like more spice or more sweet.
  • Molasses is made by crushing sugar cane, then boiling the resulting liquid down to a thick, dark, syrup. Not as processed as brown sugar or the white granulated stuff, it brings sweetness and lots of flavor to our dressing. You could substitute honey if you wish.
