1Cup (1 big handful) Salad Greens, washed and chopped
1/4Cup sliced deli Turkey, chopped
1/4Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
Dressing
1teaspoon Mustard (any type will work - I find whole grain to be really tasty)
1teaspoon Honey
1teaspoon Lime or Lemon Juice
1teaspoon Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Make the dressing. Combine your mustard, honey, and lime juice. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking or stirring rapidly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
When you're ready to eat, mix the greens, ham, and cheese in with the dressing. Toss well to coat evenly. That's it, enjoy!
