Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Onion, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup (preferably Homemade Ketchup)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce (use your fav)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
