Ingredients

Mango, ripe (frozen is fine, thaw and use 1 cup, chopped)
1/4
Cup Coconut Milk
2
Tablespoons Lime Juice
1
teaspoon Lime Zest
1/4
Cup Cilantro, roughly chopped

Tablespoon Honey

Cup Canola Oil
Instructions
Peel mango (if using fresh), chop into rough pieces.
Add Mango, Coconut Milk, Lime juice and zest, Cilantro, and Honey to blender. Blend until thoroughly pureed.
Slowly drizzle in oil while blending to emulsify, or add a couple tablespoons at a time in between blending.
Season with salt and pepper.
