Chopped Almond and Cherry Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup slivered or chopped Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 1 batch Cherry Mustard Vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Gently toast almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant.
  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl. You can add some fresh chopped cherry into the salad if you like.
