Cups Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce, roughly chopped

Cup slivered or chopped Almonds
1/2
Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Cherry Mustard Vinaigrette
Instructions
Gently toast almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until lightly browned and fragrant.
Toss all ingredients in a bowl. You can add some fresh chopped cherry into the salad if you like.
